[Teaching_Composition] New @ CompPile: Recent Books and Reviews

Jeff,

We just haven't yet got around to working up SIUP's relevant books yet. It's
the same reason other major presses don't yet appear on the page: Cambridge
UP, NCTE, Lang, Multilingual Matters, Open UP, Hampton, etc. Eventually they
all will.
