Advanced Assistant or Associate Professor in Rhetoric, Composition,
and the Teaching of English Program to start August 2007. A PhD in
rhetoric and composition or a related field is required.
Specialization is open. As a program, we share a commitment to
engaged teaching, grounded research, and reflective service. We are
seeking to expand our established collaborations with
underrepresented cultures and under-served constituencies, and so we
welcome candidates with experience and interest in working with
diverse students, colleagues, and communities. We are especially
interested in candidates who can contribute to a college-wide
initiative in border studies. The salary for the position is
competitive and commensurate with credentials and experience.
